Hey again fellow Earthlings, Grace here once again. After sitting around in Cerulean Cave for more than a half an hour being obsessive about getting every item -- because I'm anal like that -- I spent about, ohh. Fifteen minutes on Mewtwo? It wasn't that difficult, or frustrating, to my pleasure and surprise. My first try I ran out of Ultra Balls (I only brought thirty), my second try I was a little more lucky and only had to use seven -- I had him down to a pixel of health instead of two pixels like before. It makes a lot of difference! So now here I am, in the Whirl Islands, gettin' myself a Lugia. Or attempting to. I generally have a good sense of direction, except when it comes to caves. I don't know why, but cave confuse me. ( ゚Д゚) I mean -- I've been in here, like, five minutes. And I'm lost. Fff, you know?
Other than that, other Poké-tales and adventures? Well, I checked all the IVs of my, like, what, about ten modest-natured Feebas? And get this. The highest SP. ATK IV out of all of them? Fourteen. Fourteen. Out of thirty-one. Like, are you serious?
Sigh. Well, I also started out myself on the Battle Frontier for the first time in HeartGold -- I had at least a silver thing in all of them back in Platinum -- and got myself to a seven win streak in the Factory and Arcade, and a ten win streak in the Hall, thanks to my beautiful Empoleon. Don't know if I'll continue with one of those or try a different facility, hmm.
It's Sunday, 11PM, and I really should be doing my homework, but you know, a girl has more important things to attend to. Capturing legendary creatures that helped shape the world, training with her partners in battle and life, you know. The usual.
Oh, also, I went to a fabric store today (I know this isn't sound like it's going to relate to Pokémon, but just stick with me) and picked up some black, brown and red cloths -- why, you ask? For my Blue cosplay, of course. Using her post FR/LG arc outfit (for those who don't understand: go read the Poké Special manga, you uneducated, poor soul). Blue as in the Japanese Blue. Blue as in the chick, just so we're clear. Oh America, Red's rival is Green. Not Blue, you fools. Because, you know. Red is the complimentary color of Green and it makes sense, jeezum.
So I have the hat, the shirt, the skirt, the bag. Some modifications need to be made to my hat, shirt and bag -- hence the cloths -- and I still need some shoes. The con I'm wearing this outfit to starts Friday, so I got some time to get it to together. There will be pictures, and -- oh my god, if I see another freaking Tentacool.
Surfing. You know how it is.
Well, folks, I have myself a legendary guardian of the seas to catch here, so the Grace is off.
